      REFUNDS

      We cannot offer a refund per the rules of our South African Reserve Bank.

       

      RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

      We do not accept any exchanges or returns with international orders. 

       

      TAXES AND DUTIES

      Reader's Warehouse does not collect duties or taxes on international orders. Should there be any duties or taxes, the receiver will be liable to pay these fees on receipt of the order.

      Please refer to your local tax authorities for any expected fees in your local state or country.

       

      SHIPPING AND TRANSIT TIMES

      We ship International orders using the FedEx International Priority service, which allows us to deliver parcels to your doorstep within 3 - 7 working days. This is a tracked service. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a track and trace number, which you may track on the www.fedex.com website.

       

      SHIPPING FEE

      The shipping rates are determined by the weight of the product or order.
